Clear graduation is engraved on both the top filter and solution bottle to help users adjust media volume. All Membrane Solutions tissue culture dishes are packaged in bags with sterilization, RNase-free, DNase-free and Non-pyrogenic. They are disposable and pre-sterilized by gamma irradiation for rapid and convenient use. The wide base provides stability during use.

The sterile graded 0.2um membrane has a LRV>7 for Brevundimonas diminuta, ATCC19146. They are non-pyrogenic, low in extractables, and surfactant-free to ensure the purity of the filtrate. The engineered support structure maximizes flow rate and throughput. The GL45 threads accept commonly used bottle styles. The membrane media is Polystyrene (PES).
