When signing for your package, please write "'uninspected', possible damage" near your name when signing for it so that we may help file a claim for you if there is concealed damage. We process all orders on a daily basis (excluding weekends and holidays).
Please, be patient and wait another day before contacting us. However, some delays are possible.
Since our suppliers use 86 USA locations, at times you may receive your order within 3 days or less. When you place an order we advise you, in good faith, of expectations and we will let you know if we are subsequently made aware of any unforeseen delay. (All checks may be processed electronically).
We offer 30 days to return any products. If the product has been damaged in transit, we will provide a replacement subject to our "Damages" terms above. Otherwise, you may also choose a Store Credit. Items that have been installed or assembled, or that have been modified or altered in any way, are not returnable.
