Once you remove it from the freezer, assemble RAVI's two components and place the device on the neck of your wine bottle. The shell works like a thermos, keeping the inside of the Ravi frozen. When serving the first glass of red wine, pour the wine without slowing the flow.

For the second glass, slow the flow slightly by placing your thumb on the air intake. For the third, slow the flow a little more, and so on.

With repeated use (several glasses), the inside of the tube is warmed by the flow of the wine, so you must slow the flow to ensure sufficient cooling.
