The cap feeder with 304 stainless steel cap tank, cap moving guider(with the cap checking system) automatically control the cap feeder and running speed. The cap feeder transport the cap to the slide and then mouth down to the cap dropping system.

The screw head up and down controlled by the grooved cam at the fixed workplace. The twisting force can be adjusted by the outside button, with the twisting force scale mark, can adjust as the customer's request.
